The shipping freight depends on the package weight and shipping destination.

After adding a product to the cart, you can go to the shopping cart page and input country, city, and postcode to calculate the shipping freight rates of different couriers. After updating the cart quantity, the shipping freights will re-calculate automatically.

Free Shipping on Orders over $49~$69

The free shipping service is available in 40+ countries with standard Airmail shipping services for orders over US$49. In addition, seven countries can use free shipping when the order value exceeds US$69.
Note: The free airmail shipping service applies for packages below 5~6 kilograms per order.

Worldwide Express Shipping to 200+ Countries

The “Standard Airmail” shipping usually takes approx two weeks to arrive. To receive the shipment faster or ship to countries that do not have airmail shipping service, please choose the express shipping couriers of DHL or FedEx.

Due to the expensive freight rate, we may not be able to provide free shipping on express shipping for most of the orders. Please let us know if you have urgent orders and choose the best available courier.

Track the Shipment

You will receive a tracking number after the courier picks up the package. You can track the shipment online on the courier’s website. The shipping courier and we keep an eye on your shipment and let you know when a necessary operation is required, such as customs clearance.

Delivery Failure Scenarios

We guarantee your products are well packed in an enhanced package and do our best to ensure they arrive safely. Please refer to our detailed terms and conditions regarding customs clearance.

If the package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you, will re-send the goods or give you a full refund. In practice, such cases are sporadic, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such situations can take some time, so you may be advised to place a new order at your expense in such an event. At the same time, the original shipment is investigated, pending compensation.

If you receive products in a damaged condition, you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company in such a scenario. The goods can be handed back to the courier through the correct reporting process, and will send new goods or give a refund. Suppose you do not immediately follow the carrier’s reporting procedure; thus, no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged. In that case, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to us for replacements or a refund.

If a shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs. If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery were due to mishandling by, you would receive compensation when resolving the case. Such cases are unusual, but you must be aware of your responsibilities in such a situation.

General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability

You (or the consignee) must take delivery of the goods and comply with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.

If the delivery fails because:
You were not at home, or the courier could not contact you;
The delivery details were wrong the recipient fails to accept the goods;
The carrier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods;
The courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address;
Delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc.;
Other similar scenarios are beyond our control.
